A booking link that keeps working.

Offer weekly availability, save meeting templates and make your guest page yours.

The idea

Manually offering dates works well for an occasional meeting. Regular appointments need a link you can keep sharing. We want recurring weekly availability with date-specific exceptions, so hosts can set their normal hours and adjust a particular day when necessary.

Reusable meeting templates would keep duration, buffers and meeting method together. Alongside Google Meet, hosts could supply their own call link or an in-person location. Guests would still see only offered availability, with private calendar details kept out of the public page.

A host photo, short introduction and subtle branding would make the page feel personal. Guest reminders and a clearer host dashboard would help both people keep track of what’s booked, while retaining the existing cancellation and rescheduling flow.

What we want to add

  • Weekly availability and date-specific exceptions
  • Reusable meeting templates
  • Custom call links and in-person locations
  • Host introduction, guest reminders and booking overview

How it could feel

Set up 30-minute coffee once. Offer Tuesday and Thursday afternoons, and keep sharing the same link.

Getting the details right

Exceptions, daylight saving changes and conflicts must stay accurate across calendars. Personalising a booking page must never expose the host’s private event details.
