A space for each part of your day.

Switch between Work, University and Personal, with calendars and views remembered.

The idea

Work, university and personal plans share a day, but they don’t always need to share a view. We want saved spaces that remember a useful selection of calendars and the view you prefer for each context.

Switching to University might show classes and relevant tasks. Work could bring client meetings and focus blocks into view. Everything would remain a quick way back to the whole picture, so filtering a calendar doesn’t hide a conflict from availability checks.

We also want to let you pin a second timezone beside the main time column. Seeing Dubai and New York together would make planning across cities easier than repeatedly switching the entire display zone.

What we want to add

  • Create and name calendar spaces
  • Remember visible calendars and preferred view
  • Switch spaces quickly with an Everything view
  • Pin a second timezone beside calendar hours

How it could feel

Show my university week. Keep Dubai and New York visible together.

Getting the details right

Hiding a calendar is a display preference, not permission to double-book it. We want that distinction to remain clear, especially when spaces and booking conflict calendars differ.
