Make room for your routines.
Find room for recurring priorities, even when their exact time needs to change.
The idea
A recurring event keeps the same time. A flexible routine keeps the same intention. We want to let you define a commitment such as exercise three times a week or a regular study block, along with the windows in which it could happen.
Timebird would look for suitable free stretches around existing commitments. Each routine could have a duration, frequency, preferred window and flexibility setting, making it possible to protect useful time without assigning every session to the same hour forever.
When a conflict appears, the app would offer an alternative. Changes should be easy to review, with automatic movement an explicit choice. You would be able to pause a routine during a trip or a busy week without deleting the underlying preference.
What we want to add
- Duration, frequency and preferred time windows
- Place sessions around existing commitments
- Review suggested moves after conflicts
- Pause routines and control automatic changes
How it could feel
Find me 45 minutes to exercise three times a week, preferably after work.
Getting the details right
Routines should fit within the time you’re willing to offer. When a week is too full, we want to explain the shortfall instead of moving protected commitments or extending your day unexpectedly.
