Plan your day, then make it yours.

The idea

We’re exploring a dedicated Plan my day experience that turns a set of tasks into a visible proposal on your calendar. Tell Timebird what needs doing, how much time it needs and what to keep free. Suggested blocks would appear before any changes are applied.

You could move a suggestion, adjust its length or lock a block before accepting the plan. A short explanation would show why a time was chosen, taking your working hours, breaks, deadlines and existing commitments into account.

When a meeting runs late or priorities change, Replan remaining day would offer a fresh arrangement for flexible work. Fixed meetings and locked blocks would stay in place. The goal is to help you recover a usable afternoon without rebuilding the whole day by hand.

What we want to add

  • Task duration and availability-aware proposals
  • Preview blocks and explain their placement
  • Adjust, lock and approve a plan
  • Replan flexible work without moving fixed meetings

How it could feel

Fit these three tasks around my classes. Keep lunch free.

Getting the details right

A proposed plan should stay a proposal until you approve it. We want impossible schedules to be explained clearly, rather than squeezed into gaps that aren’t really available.
